Even when I hit my so-called “ideal” weight, I still wasn’t happy. Because looking back - it was never about the number on the scale. It was how I felt about myself.
Then came my 50s, peri-menopause, and the chaos of midlife - juggling kids, family, work, and trying to figure out who I was in the middle of it all. No wonder it felt exhausting!
That’s why I trained as a Nutritionist and Menopause Wellness Coach - because women deserve to stop being so hard on themselves and start feeling good in their bodies, no matter their age.
Now, I help women ditch the diet cycle, regain confidence, and build a way of eating that truly works for them - without stress, guilt, or restriction.
And the best part? Even though I’m a Nutritionist in Guildford, I work online - so wherever you are, you can get the support you need, straight from the comfort of your home.
I live with my husband, two grown-up boys, and my gorgeous Cockapoo, Milo. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me walking Milo, enjoying a hot chocolate, or chilling with a glass of rosé!
If you’re local, you might even spot Milo having a cheeky puppuccino at The Little Pantry, sharing a cheese straw with me- because life’s all about balance!
But life hasn’t always felt this balanced. For years, I jumped from one quick fix to another, convinced the next diet would be the one.
If you’ve ever felt like dieting just doesn’t work for you, I get it. The problem isn’t your willpower - it’s the dieting cycle itself, making lasting change feel impossible.
The truth is, long-term success isn’t about the latest trend, hormone-balancing diets, or detox drinks (I could go on). These are just marketing tactics preying on women’s vulnerabilities - and honestly, that’s one of my biggest pet hates!
We’ve all been there, trying the latest thing, hoping this will finally be the answer. And when it doesn’t work, it’s easy to think the problem is you - that you just need more discipline or the ‘right’ plan.
Add midlife, menopause, and all the shoulds - track calories, drink 8 glasses of water, hit 10,000 steps - suddenly, it feels impossible to keep up.
