Hi 👋🏼 I’m Debbie, a nutritionist in Guildford who is passionate about supporting women to reach their nutrition and health goals.
I live with my husband, 2 grown-up boys, and my gorgeous Cockapoo, Milo. Although I’m a nutritionist in Guildford I offer online coaching sessions, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home, anywhere around the world.
Like some of you I’m currently navigating my way through the midlife and menopause madness and completely understand that losing weight and prioritising our health feels harder as we age.
When I got married in 2016, my amazing Mum, along with most of my female friends, and myself, thought about starting a diet to lose weight. My Mum was 78 years old, and I couldn’t help but feel exhausted at the thought of having to go through the same thing for the next 30 years. The idea of not being happy or confident in my body, constantly over-restricting food, and trying to lose weight for the next three decades was daunting.
It was those moments that sparked me to finally follow my nutrition and coaching journey and empower myself, and others, to move away from the never-ending cycle of dieting.

It’s my passion to help women get off the guilt train and stop feeling like they’re constantly failing. You can be kind to yourself while still making the changes you need to achieve your goals.

I have continued to build my knowledge and expertise in many areas of nutrition and health, and have a special interest in Women’s Health and behaviour change.
I am truly lucky enough to be able to work with women to transform their lives and remind them that they are still a priority, and still worth it!
