Do you feel like you’re fighting a losing battle when trying to lose weight and improve your health?

Everything you used to do might suddenly feel a bit tougher.  It can be harder to find time, motivate yourself to exercise, or even just take a walk.  Saying no to that bar of chocolate or resisting a glass of wine in the evening can also feel a challenge (that tempting glass of wine always seems to be calling my name!).

I get it – you’re not on your own.

I created this programme because I had tried almost every 6 week plan out there, but none provided me with the support and motivation I needed to keep going.   I’d start with good intentions, only to fall off the wagon a few weeks later.  I’d drop off the plan, feel like I had done something wrong, and think I had failed – again!  Sounds familiar right?

Unlike most 6-week programmes, mine is designed to break the cycle of temporary results and provide lasting success.  Many plans lack the necessary direction and support to sustain progress, leaving you feeling frustrated and stuck in a cycle of starting over.

Whether you’re aiming for weight loss, improved health, or you’re navigating through midlife, menopause, or other challenges, there’s no one-size fits all solution.

The programme is held in WhatsApp within a supportive community of like-minded women.  Each week you’ll complete a check-in form, and I’ll provide ‘personalised’ recorded feedback directly to you (not the group).  This mix of group and 1-1 coaching allows me to address your personal challenges ensuring the 6 weeks are tailored to you.  We focus on different aspects of mindset, nutrition and movement, providing educational resources and optional challenges to help you stay engaged. 

You’ll also have access to a library of resources, including example meal days, recipes, workouts, and other valuable tips and tools to support your progress.

We will work together to establish simple, realistic strategies so you feel confident and in control of your decisions.  These will help you develop healthy habits and mindset shifts that will lead to you smashing your goals.

This group programme is tailored for busy women looking to kickstart their journey.  Ideal for those who prefer a lighter touch in coaching and enjoy a group environment.  You may already have worked with me before, have a short deadline, or are just looking for extra guidance and support to keep you heading in the right direction. 

Together we will unpick the many mixed messages in the world of nutrition and discover how to build sustainable healthy habits into your routine for good.
