Everything you used to do might suddenly feel a bit tougher.  It can be harder to find time, motivate yourself to exercise, or even just take a walk.  Saying no to that bar of chocolate or resisting a glass of wine in the evening can also feel a challenge (that tempting glass of wine always seems to be calling my name!).

Once you’ve signed up, you will receive your welcome pack containing information about the next steps, along with an invitation to complete a consultation form.

This form will give me an insight into your current food and lifestyle choices, and any specific challenges you may be facing, enabling me to put together effective feedback, and strategies.

After you’ve signed up, I’ll send you your personalised nutrition targets.  Upon receiving your consultation form, I’ll also provide you with some initial strategies to kickstart your journey.

You will receive a link to my client vault where The Kickstart guide, including nutrition & lifestyle fundamentals will sit.

In addition to this, you’ll find a progress tracker and a resource bank containing recipe packs, example meal days, and other educational materials to support your progress.

Each week, you’ll complete a check-in form, providing an opportunity for you to celebrate your successes, and share any struggles you may have faced.

I’ll provide personalised recorded feedback along with tools and strategies to help you address any challenges.  If you’re tracking calories, or just your food intake, you can also share your food diary with me.

12-week VIP package:  A highly personalised transformative journey with weekly coaching calls, diving deep into your nutrition & lifestyle

  • You will receive a comprehensive, personalised, in-depth nutrition & lifestyle plan with strategies and targets.
  • Food diary analysis – example meal days and food choices will be tailored to your goals and based on your food preferences following completion of a 3-day food diary.
  • Weekly coaching calls will be held to provide support and accountability.

Monthly package:  Ideal for those who prefer a lighter touch in coaching, you may already have worked with me, have a short deadline, or are just looking for extra guidance and support to keep you heading in the right direction.  Offers recorded feedback for flexible support tailored to your schedule, without being tied to specific call times.
