A lot of that will depend on you. Together we will set realistic goals and strategies but you will need to implement them. My goal is to help you become confident in yourself and your food choices, providing support and accountability as you work towards your goals. Each week, you'll receive a link to an online feedback form, where you can reflect on your progress, challenges, and any questions you have. Once you return it, I'll review your responses and record personalised feedback via a screen recording—so you can listen at a time that suits you. You don’t need to watch the screen—you can simply listen on the go and even speed up playback if you prefer.

Need to discuss something in more detail? We can continue the conversation via WhatsApp messages or voice notes, and if you feel you need to chat, you’ll also have the option to book a call.  

This method provides flexibility while ensuring you still get personalised support, guidance, and accountability every week.

Weight loss is one of the main reasons clients come to me, but it’s not the only thing I help with. I also support clients with nutrition for menopause, PCOS, diabetes, digestive health, and other specific health concerns.

Yes. Around 80% of my clients are peri/menopausal, and I’m in the midst of it myself. I am also a qualified Menopause Wellness Coach and stay up to date with the latest research to provide the best support possible.

Yes. Alongside weight loss coaching, I support women with PCOS, Endometriosis, IBS, Type 2/Pre Diabetes, Thyroid issues (to name but a few). If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out and see how I can help.

No, you don’t have to follow a meal plan. My approach is about flexibility, not rigid meal plans. I provide example meal days and guidance to help you make balanced choices while still enjoying the foods you love. The goal is to create long-term habits that fit your lifestyle and support your health.

Yes. While most of my clients are women, I also work with men.

While I’m not a personal trainer, I can provide generic home and gym workouts created by a qualified PT. These are available on request and subject to a questionnaire. Please note: I’m unable to offer personalised training plans or injury-related advice.
