Look at how movement, stress, sleep, and daily routines impact your progress, and build simple, realistic ways to support your energy, mood, and consistency.
Understand how to measure progress beyond weight, including changes in habits, energy, confidence, and consistency, so you stay motivated even when the scales don’t move.
If you’ve tried lots of diets, plans or online weight loss coaching programmes before, you’re not alone – the challenge is making them fit into your life so you can actually stick with them.
This programme focuses on helping you build simple, realistic habits that work in your day-to-day life, rather than relying on strict plans or starting over.
You’ll have clear weekly structure, support, and guidance, so you’re not left guessing what to do next. Even though this is a group programme, you’re still supported as an individual – your check-ins are reviewed personally, and the feedback you receive is tailored to you.
I’m passionate about making sure you feel supported the whole way through, not just given information and left to figure it out on your own. If something isn’t working, we adjust it, rather than scrapping everything and going back to square one.
Most clients start to feel more in control of their eating quite early on, and things start to feel more consistent and easier to manage day to day.
As you move through the programme, you’ll start to build more structure with your meals, feel more confident in your food choices, and begin to develop habits and routines that actually fit into your life.
It’s also really common to notice fewer cravings, better energy, improvements in your overall health, and more consistency across the week – not just on your “good days.”
Everyone’s results will look slightly different depending on what you’re able to put into practice, but for many this does lead to steady, realistic weight loss alongside feeling more in control overall.
That’s completely fine — you don’t need to wait for a “perfect” few weeks to get started.
A big part of this programme is learning how to handle real-life situations like meals out, holidays, and busy weeks without feeling like you’ve undone everything.
Rather than trying to be perfect, we focus on helping you make realistic choices, stay consistent where you can, and get back into your routine without overthinking it.
In many ways, having these events during the programme is helpful, because you’ll be supported through them and learn how to approach them in a way that actually works long term.
I just tried on my skirt and my dress. Skirt already fits which I wasn't expecting so will head straight for the dress instead!

Step count constantly improving each week - week 1 my average was 6k and this week it's 12k
I enjoyed myself at the wedding and didn't spend the time stressing about feeling fat - was nice to feel good about myself ..

Getting out side and being active, riding my bike, kayaking in the sea, walk up the downs . Things that I have put off all summer as it was too hard to find the clothes to wear, try something new, get up early etc
I am proud that I am starting to put my needs first. Commiting to going to bed earlier and getting up earlier makes a big difference to my mindset for the day.

I'm sitting her grinning listening to your feedback 😀. When I do the check ins I can really see the movement in my thoughts as you said. I'm weighing most days 1st thing and using the Happy Scale app to get a moving average. It really does move around a lot 🤪
